I canNOT WAIT for the Warrior Dash!

well the girls did well! The score was 25-18! The 2nd game didn't fair as well. I think it ended up being 25-3. haha! eh, it happens.

So guess what we are working on AGAIN.....serve receive! yay.....

My athletic director ROCKS! Turns out Perry had to forfeit the game on Monday, for cheating. hehe. Good thing the parents complained, bc I wouldn't have even noticed. oops. It's 8th grade volleyball people!

We play Kenston tonight, should be fun to watch. Kenston is always really good.

the 1st match

We had our first match yesterday. Already the girls have improved their record from last year. They went to 3 games!!! They played really well in the first game, a little shaky in the 2nd, and fought with each other in the 3rd. Also, I was so busy trying to make sure that my girls knew where they were supposed to be, that I didn't even realize that the other team was frickin' cheating*!!!!! WHO DOES THAT in 8TH GRADE VOLLEYBALL?!?!?!?! Perry Middle School. Are you kidding me? That is just sad.

We play Kenston on Wednesday. They will probably be the toughest team. They also only keep 11 girls, so I guess I have to pay attention to them as well. Stupid. I don't have time to babysit like that.

There are A LOT of errands that need to be taken care of today. So I'm off!!!

*If you play in the 1st game, you can't play in the 2nd game. If you only have 11 players, & you play a 3rd game, you can't have 1 person play all 3 games. Their best player-played ALL 3 GAMES! Ugh, why didn't I pay attention? I seriously think it would have changed the outcome of the match, but whatever.

Yup, after my yearly 10 second speech to the entire middle school-high school fall sports athletes, coaches, administrators, and parents, & family- - we got to take pictures on the field. It's kinda funny to hear your voice playback over the speakers on the Varsity Football field. It sounded like I was speaking with a little twang to my voice. UGH!

Easy, Breezy....

yesssssss! My favorite season is moving it's way in. You can feel the cool, crisp breeze carry through the air. Our tree that is basically dying, already has red leaves on it. The windows are open & the air condition is off. I'm so excited to wear my tall boots & jeans again! I can't wait to take Caden to football games. And maybe there will be a deck building party, too! {hey a girl can dream} I've ordered some books from the library, so hopefully I'll be able to catch a break & sit outside with a hot cup of tea & a book, on my deck. I hope we have a LONG fall season, short winter & spring, and then back to summer! :)

I can't wait!

Mansfield Reformatory

Yes, Mom, we finally did it! We spent the night hunting ghosts at the Ohio Reformatory!!

The night started off with Jimmy taking us to Potter's Field.
It was daylight out at that point, but still creepy! Way to set the mood, I like it!

This elevator shaft was in the room where my mom got possessed or something.

I was looking at her through the video camera & I saw something fly by her left knee. I didn't say anything to her, bc I wanted to see if she reacted to it. And SHE SURE AS SHIT DID! You have to ask her about her experience, bc I'm sure I will botch it up. I thought I was filming the whole thing, but apparently I didn't press record, bc at that time I was just showing Jimmy how to focus with the night vision on. He did however capture some stuff on film, so I will eventually get that uploaded. Maybe he will put it on his blog!

I KNOW this is someone ghost hunting walking towards me. Granted it was PITCH black & I didn't actually SEE this person, but I'm 99.9% sure that's what it is.

Now, again, this HAS to be either my mom or dad sitting on a bed in a cell, but when I uploaded it on my computer it was BLACK!!! And as I brightened it up, I LITERALLY jumped. It was hilarious! I am NOT kidding. I will debunk and say that is one of my parents, BUT what is that white stuff in front of the figure?

I will have to say that I have enough evidential experience to want to go on another ghost hunt!
