Ok, I feel like crap. I really want to try going to bed early! Get up early, workout, don't drink, try to not be lazy, basically change my life! Haha. When I was getting rest and working out, I felt really great! So that's it!
Jimmy & I were talking about how I'm so stressed out and how I need to stop taking on new things. Well I'm one of the new track coaches at the middle school. oops. At least it'll be good for me. I'll get paid to run around.
I've also found some good ideas on Pinterest for some workouts.
